The Kanjiza Scout
center, which is part of the scout unit of Kanjiza, is open to all young
people who know how to enjoy the beauty and all a river has to offer. The
Scout center was founded in 1953,and it has been improving and growing more
beautiful ever since. It is situated on the right bank of the river Tisa, 800
meters away from the town center but far enough from the town to provide unforgettable
adventures. With excellent scenery, the campsite and equipment for numerous
activities on both land and water, it is just the place to improve your
personal skills and learn new ones.
There are many
historical monuments in the area, which illustrate the multicultural character
of the social environment.
